Circuit Of The Americas (COTA) press conference where a booking agreement between COTA and Live Nation was announced. COTA is the new Formula 1 race track located minutes outside of Austin, Texas. The open-air amphitheater called "The Tower Amphitheater, will be located at the base of Circuit’s signature 251-foot observation tower and will be ready in early 2013, prior to the start of the spring-summer amphitheater season.
